XON Studios and AOTO LED Collaborate to Elevate Virtual Production Technology

South Korea’s first LED-based virtual production facility, XON Studios, has teamed up with AOTO LED to enhance its production capabilities. The studio is equipped with a 20m x 5m curved LED wall, powered by 400 AOTO RM2.3 series panels with a resolution of 8640 x 2160. This setup enables highly immersive, real-time virtual production, allowing filmmakers to create detailed and dynamic environments with precise control over lighting and visual effects.

Spanning a total ground floor area of 4,000 square feet, XON Studios has been at the forefront of high-profile projects such as Hyundai IONIQ 5, KIA EV9, Genesis G80, and productions like Dilemma Game and Building & Fighter. These works showcase XON’s ability to craft dynamic virtual environments that push creative boundaries and deliver high-quality visuals.

AOTO RM Series: Technology Designed for Virtual Production

AOTO’s RM series is recognized for its innovative design and high-performance features, offering several pixel pitch options, including 1.56mm, 1.95mm, and 2.31mm. The RM2.3 panels used in XON Studios include:

• 7680Hz Refresh Rate: Ensures smooth playback, even in fast-paced scenes.
• 99.9% DCI-P3 Color Gamut: Delivers precise color accuracy for high-quality visuals.
• Low Reflectivity and 170° Viewing Angle: Provides consistent image quality from various angles, making it ideal for complex virtual production setups.
