Xiamen XR Studio

AOTO has successfully set up a virtual studio in Xiamen, utilizing high-performance LED displays from the U series and IFV2 series, showcasing its exceptional capabilities in virtual broadcasting technology. The project features 227 U series LED displays with a pixel pitch of 2.8mm. These displays use top-tier LED chips, driver ICs, and wide-voltage power supplies to ensure reliability and high quality. The modules are treated with a nano-layer for advanced dustproof and moisture-proof protection, offering comprehensive safeguards (dustproof, moisture-proof, and anti-static).

Additionally, the project incorporates 181 IFV2 series displays with a pixel pitch of 2.9mm. The IFV2 series is known for its GOB ultra-protective HD LED floor screen, which is free from PC masks, acrylic panels, and glass panels. These screens boast front IP67 and rear IP41 dust and water resistance, and are also resistant to collisions, dust, water, static, oxidation, and UV. The cabinets are made from 500mm*500mm die-cast aluminum frames, precision-processed by CNC, ensuring seamless splicing between cabinets.

Control System

The project employs AOTO's new generation controllers, ATLV-X4 and ATLV-4K. The X4 controller uses frame reconstruction technology to display different areas or pure colors of the input video on the same area of the LED screen, supporting simultaneous multi-camera shooting of different video content. This greatly enhances special effects in film shooting, enriching the visual impact and artistic expression of films.

Through this project, AOTO has demonstrated its strong capabilities and innovative prowess in LED display technology. The application of U series and IFV2 series displays has not only improved the visual effects and shooting quality of the virtual studio but also provided reliable technical support for virtual broadcasting. AOTO's high-precision seamless splicing and advanced control systems deliver an exceptional audiovisual experience, highlighting the unique charm and strength of "Made in China."

This project marks a significant technological breakthrough for AOTO and sets a new benchmark for the virtual broadcasting industry. Moving forward, AOTO will continue to provide high-quality display solutions to various industries and clients, driving the development of virtual reality and broadcasting technology.
